flagrant negligence and a suffer detriment to health

Unfortunately I suffered detriment to health due to flagrant negligence my manager in company where I worked. In the course of two yeras there were yet a few accidents, but the head of company doesn't let it bother. Only the high salary kept me in that company. Recently when i worked on the assembly line and the electronic maschine programming speed line's motion, all of a sudden the maschine explode burning my face and hands. Earlier I incured damages for example: I hurt fingers or bruised me knee. Those accident i didn't report. What can I do,i don't want  to cause problems to my boss but can't simultaneously let him off with injuries. Where should I go?
