industrial oil stain-slipp at work

Yesterday i slipped on the wet floor area. There was a industrial oil stain. As a result I broke a tibia bone. A full register and an entry accident was recorded over a video camera. I was hospitalized and I possess a full medical documentation. My boss saw this event and carried out an investigation into the accident.

If a boss or another worker was  fault and your boss didn't ensure cleanliness an safety you can claim compensation from company's insurance. There was a camera so it shouldn't problems with prove into the incident. Continue treatment and compled medical documentation.
