I was knocked over on a zebra crossing

One and a half moths ago I was knocked over on a zebra crossing. I had a concussion and a lot of bodily injuries. There was a policy and an ambulance. I'm still on sick leave. I don't know what can i do, because this is my first, serious accident. Where I should notify my claim for compensation now?

You are eligable to claim as long as you have details of the driver who hit you.  You can obtain all the details from the police.
