knock run down

I work in a car wash, on Sturday I was knocked run down by a car.  An owner of the car is my boss. The next day I learnt I was fired. Can it be helped? My broken leg still ache and swell.

Another worker drove the car, he wanted to left a washing cars' stall and drive away the car. I improved yet clean and  than he knocked me down.
