automatically fired a pistol with nails

Hello, in august last year i had an accident at my work. I worked in carpenter's workshop and some day unexpectedly fired into my hand a pistol with nails. I underwent an operation- eliminate nails.
I' ve witness, drawn an accident report. I didn't recive yet compenesation. What do I do?

I think you may have a very good claim for compensation against you previous employer.  However to be sure if you are the company advertised on the top of the page offer free advice to help you establish the best way to claim the most compensation.
