I was knocked down by my car

I'm an owner of a car-  third party liability insurance and inurance from consequences of accidents. My friend sat down to took the wheel and during  when manoeuvred on the car park and he knocked down me by my car. I've a spinal injuries. Can i claim compensation from car of insurance.
