loss of earnings

I slepped on the wet floor in the market. I went to hospital by an ambulance and  I was in hospital during 7 days. I have a concussion. Now i've a medical sick leave (2 months). I run a company and now i can't work and earn so should  I try to get a loos earnings?

If you can prove that there was a problem with the floor - maybe it was uneven or slippery, then you can make a claim against a market.  The market should have insurance to cover its liabilities in such cases.  Even if you are held to be partly responsible, you can still make a claim.  Most personal injury solicitors, operate on a 'no win no fee' basis, so you will not have any legal fees should you lose the case.
