hooke up on a edge stair during a work

Yesterday I slipped on the stairs in my company. I was wearing  stiletto heels. I'm a sekretary and work in brokerage office. When I to went downstairs i hookeed up  on a edge stair, o lost one's balance and I fell. I broke a collarbone. So I've question what can i do in this sytuation. Can i claim compensation from a company's insurance?

The best way if you get a advice from a solicitors, because it's depends on spmebody else commited negligence.

You will sign a ?Conditional Fee Agreement? where the solicitor agrees not to charge a fee unless the case is successful.
