fall from a platform cleaning windows-panes

I was injured during my work where i clean window-panes. Ones of the safeguar -lines came off and I fell of from a platform The second storey.I have been told to get advise on whether or not a claim would be something worth while doing, could you please advise me on whether a claim would be the best thing for me to do please

Hi Zamex, I see there are good grounds to bring forward a claim as your employees, because  why did the safeguar-line  come off? You should discuss the claim further and arrange for a solicitor.Regards
