forklift cut up my leg

Working by output toys, when I was in a warehouse i was injuries when a forklift hooking up me and my foot was run over by a just forklift.A forklift truck driver drove too fast. I want to claim against my employer for the negligence of hisr workmate, because i think the employer could set the forklift so that it doesn't go too fast. Can I count on experts' help?
