injured in crash

If I was seriously injured in crash, other person at 100% fault, medical bills extensive unable to return to work. Their insurance is angry at injured party because of the damages being so high, so I've question: My injured party few years before crash had a non related 1 count misdmeamer which was expunged. Can this be used against injured party to create prejudice of the jury and paint a picture ( injured party deserves to be injured)??
