I broke my leg:(
I have other personal injuries, I loss earnings.
Im victim of car accident.
can someone help me, how to get compensation
how big are costs of solicitors?
Do i need to go to court?

You may have a claim against the culprit accident who should have insurance to
cover claims. You should consult a solicitor about making a claim for the injury to your broke leg and your loss of earnings. Cases can take between 9 months and 3 years but probably most cases like this take about 18-24 months.

Most cases settle out of court but some cases do go to court. Cases only go to court if liability for the accident is not agreed or if the amount of compensation cannot be agreed. You will be told if it is likely that you will have to go to court. The solicitors will want to be confident that the case will be successful before going to court. To succeed in the case you have to prove that the other party were to blame and that you suffered injury. The solicitors will tell you if they think you are likely to win the case in court. If they do not think you should take your case to court they will say so.
