Advice On Claim

I was working in a yard an told to move a pallet of about 8 60kg concrete blocks i had no manual handling training any how i done as i was told started moving the pallet of blocks one at a time to new pallet because the old pallet had rotten and collapsed and could not be moved by machine done the first three easy they were heavy i had to slide them off the pallet to ground level stand them up on end and walk them over and lay them on the new pallet i had gloves on  well on the forth as i stood it on end to walk over it trapped my small finger between the pallet and the block was quite baldy and hurt like hell so went to A.E had x ray it was not broken had it dressed and was told to carry on with light duties had the rest day off  went back next day with finger wrapped up and carried on with light duties

were would i stand with a claim
