Run off road

hello! A few months ago I was injured and my car was a total loss when an aggressive driver ran me off the road then left the scene. I hit a concrete highway divider at 65mph in my compact car. I wore my seatbelt and the airbags deployed, however I have a fractured disk and may need an expensive procedure to correct.

My insurance only covers 80% of 75,000Ł Is it possible my employers group ppo will cover any of the cost outside of what my auto ins covers?

Can I get anything from my own ins company for pain and suffering?
