coronary thrombosis in work

My job demands great responsibility and I'm under stress. Tle last month i had a coronary thrombosis in work. Something irritated me in connection with job. Can I in this case demand a compensation from my company?

In the opinion of  me you should rather demad a cpmensation fro your boss for the stressed situations, unless you were harass. The best way i think it's to resign from this job. You should looking for a new job less" stressing"
