i'm accident victim -broken legs

Four month ago I have an accident. I crash with car other on my street. I drive my parents's car and other car hit my back. I broke my two legs and I have to rehabilitation my legs now. I train basketball and jogging and I can't go tu champions now, because the legs aren't very well. Can I get any compensation now? Who should pay my compensation? How much can I get? I wont put on that I was injured.
