passanger of the car pregnant

The culprit of the my accident is a driver my car. I was a passanger. He didn't notice a traffic sign and a bus ran into our car. The bus had a priority right. I was sitting on the the backt seat of a car. I was then eight months pregnant, so I did't have  the seat belts.  The doors of car opened and I fell out of the car. The driver called to police and the zi picked by an ambulance at the hospital. I was there 2 days. The examination didn't show something wrong. I would like claim a compensation. I'm waiting still for a document from the police. Who  can pay me for this event?

If you?re travelling in the car of a friend or colleague, then they, as well as other road users, have a duty of care towards you. You should not be afraid of making a claim, even if the driver is a close friend or family member. When you make an accident claim for passenger injury compensation through YouClaim it will be absolutely cost free. We work on a no win no fee basis, meaning that you will not have to pay your personal injury solicitor's fees in the event that your claim is unsuccessful, even if you were not completely blameless. You're entitled compensation from insurance of culprit. Complete all documentation with the report from police submit claim for compensation. Rgards
