fall from a ladder at work

I need  a help. During work I had help to istall a door, so I climbed a ladder, but it slid down with me on the ground. I broke a right foot with a lof of splinter. There wasn't  made written report of the accident. I'm looking for advice what can I doing. Should  an employer pay me compensation for it?

If the employer brought about an occurrence this accident and it's possibility claim a compensation this prove, you can claim a compensation from his insurance or from him- if he wants to pay a compensate.
