collision in the traffic jam through no fault of mine

I've accident on the expressway, it happend  through no fault of mine. I stopped my car because it have seen traffic jam and in this moment other car hit me from back the car. An owner of the car  is my friend. After the blow I was unconscious, and have woken up untill in hospital. I'm insured in the inusrance company and we want to obtain compensation for repair a car, but insurance company doesn't want to pay car damage. What we can doing to get money for a repair?
