illegal employment and claim compensation

My husband Marco has an accident at work, fall from leder, he works in ship construstions firm. He broke his arm.  After accident he knew that he workde illegal.  He has witnesses of accident. His employer didn't get any compenasation.He gave him only a small amount -probably for the accident. Unfortunately Marco needs further cure, we decide claim a compensation for bodily injury. We affriad, the illegal employment can stop we  from doing  claim.

If you worked illegal you can try claim a compensation for a body injuries,but not necessarily you can obtain a compensation for lost incomes. By Law, your employer must have insurance to cover liability for the accident. The insurance does not pay out automatically just because you have had an accident; you have to prove a case of negligence or breach of statutory duty to win your case.
