loss of eye during a work-accident

During a work I met with an accident a three weeks ago ago. My friend-worker
didnt catch me sight of me and a long  metering equipment hit my head and in a consequence I broke my eyes.there were police and I picked up by ambulance at the hospital. My question what kind of payment in compensation for acccident can I get?
