irritation eyes at work during a weld

In my work when I weld  and It's a risk of injury to the eye I should wear a goggles. because they are out of order I put on a mask for eyes. It was fine to time when starts problem with my eyes. My eyes are stinging nearly all days. It's better only in the  morning when they're rested. I bougt and used eye-drops but there isn't much difference. A doctor diagnose as an irritation.
