collarbon and lost feeeling in foot

I have problem I have a car accident. It was to the fault of someone else.  I drop in side-slip and I chop on tree. I 've problems with my collarbone now and lost all feeling in my foot.
I was in hospital 4 weeks. Now I can't work 3 month. Can I claim compensation? I become 70% indenity now. can I also claim a loose earnings?

Hello  Elenoore,

Yes you can claim for compensation, you can also claim for the time you have been of work and you can also claim for the 3 months you will not be able to work for as well so you should make a claim for compensation
