skid on the lubricant floor at work

I injured my head at work in January. The reason for this was because I slipped on the lubricant floor and hit y head on the corner of table. It bleeds occasionally and I still cant use a stiff brush or comb to do my hair.
So where do I go from here if anywhere?? I dont want to make trouble for my Employers.

If you dont want to make trouble for youre employers, you should talk about this accident wit him and find the best a solution for both sides. You can claim compensation from an inurance of company.  Perhaps it take place, that you boss pay will pay you compensation and cost for a medical treatmen. If he won't be inclined to take up negotiations, solicitor advised you how to solve the problem.
