work through an agency

I work through an agency, the employer was to blame for the accident either because they were negligent or in breach of statutory rules such as health and safety regulations. If so, who can compensate my pain and disability?

If you work through an agency your claim will be against the company you were sent to work at, unless you are supervised on site by someone from the agency. Were the police on the accident place, do you have witnnes? If the employer was to blame for a accident, you should contact with solicitor and you may be able to make a claim.
