injury shoulder, bruise elbow, broken toe

Hi everyone, last month I've a accident, as a resultat I was injured shoulder pain, bruise elbow, broken toe, cut skin on the forehead. It's happend I was lifted a heavy parcel, I fell down, my head hits against the corner of the table and packed fells down on my head. What do I should to do now? Maybe I should claim for compensation from insurance' s boss- AIG direct. How long does it take and how much it cost?
