Autotrader- pay for a road accident?

I was recently involved in a serious accident in which I was injured. i was hit by a driver that was asleep at the wheel, the driver crashed into me. It wasn't of my fault, I don't work and incured costs in connection with the event. I had operation and so far I've problem  with spinal column. what am i doing that the Autotrader pay for the accident.
