accident at work-t a metal cut my headskin

I' worker in company , which produces elements for building of engine. a month ago it's happend a accident at work. There is an risk of something  falling on he claimant from above
so we have wear a hard hats. Sometimes when it's breaking, I take off it's, then a part a metal cut my headskin and it's driven into my arm. Can I claim a compensatio?

Hello

You may be able to claim for compensation but your company will say you should wear your hard hat at all times so it was your fault.

Where did the accident happen was it in the break romm or in factory where you work.

Also have you reported it to the accident book.
