Churchill or Cornnhill Direct- who will pay a pension

MY husband had accident three months ago, he suffered a large detriment to healthand after week in hospital he died. We have a doughter- three years old. I would like a pension. It's possibility to granting a pension to her? who can I expect this from? I don't know from a ainsurance culprit -Churchill  or our isurance-Cornnhill Direct. Thanks for ypur advices.
