Barclays compensation for injuries

Yesterday when I  rode a bicycle, I was knocked run down by a car. I called to ambulace, and in hospital they said I've a breal left leg, bruise a albow and I sprained a  wrist. I want to claim for injuries from the Barclays- culprit insurance. Have I prove If I'm injured?  What  do I need, my deman  will be satisfy?
