Diamond- when the insurence is invalid

hello, it's happend the accident and I  participated part in this event. I went a motorcycle, too fast left on the main road, whicz result in another car run into a ditch., and my insurance in Diamond- expires last month. i don't know what far-reaching consequences have I take.
