Alliance & Leicester compensation for blame of empoyer

I want to make a claim for compensation  because my employer was to blame for the accident either because they were negligent or in breach of statutory rules such as health and safety regulations. My employer has insurance in Alliance & Leicester. Will they cover liability for the accident?

I dont see why not, as long as the company's insurance is valid, you can make a claim as long as you were not at fault.
