Northern Star Insurance Company- legal cost

I would like to pass on a case to solicitor, but i worry about legal costs. i don't possess insurance to cover legal costs. i' ve accident  at work, when a collaborator drove forklift trucks  with the load blocking his view and run my leg over and crushed foot. If I win, will be  bill of solicitor paid by the insurance company of my employer- Northern Star Insurance Company Limited? Is it true?

depends what agreement you take up with the solicitor, in this day and age they will take out legal expense cover policies to cover both yourself and the solicitor's cost and they will recover their costs out of the party at fault, not your compensation.  I have a similar case which i forwarded to my panel of solicitors and my client had the same query.

Yes

The company you work for they will have insurance which will pay your compensation and it will also pay the Solicitors bill so it will not cost you anything to make a claim for compensation
