Auto-Direct- compensation for personal injury

Last month when I was going to work, on the slippery road my car moved round and Iwas on the lane in  opposite  direction. It was very slipper so i coudn't move the car. Then in my car hit another car with at high  speed. I suffered  injuries in inside. I broke also two legs. A passanger in car- my friend called to police and ambulance, so I don't know is culprit plead  guilty. what can i do with with car's damage, where I should notify my damage? I've unsurence in  Admiral Car Insurance, that car whereas in Auto Diret. Who will pay me compensation from?
