AIG compansation for a climbes a ladder

During working on the place of boulding in Manchester in september 2008 i have climbes a ladder. The Laddert isn't properly maintained and it collapsed. I fell  two metres onto to the ground. I was a lot of  bodily injuries and sustained injuries of head. Today also  I feel dizzy. I don't work yet in that company. My employer called to police and an ambulance. I don't have witness. From police i know, the name of  insurance is AIG. What can I do at the moment?
