broke arm at work -compensaton

I've accident at work,it  happend week ago,i fell from leder, work in ship construstions firm. i broke my arm. i didn't get any compenasation. After accident i knew that i workde illegal. I have witnesses of accident. My employer payed me for medical treatment. what can i do now" any advice?

If you were working illegally then you can still claim compensation for injuries, but you may not be able to claim compensation for your loss of earnings. Because a employer payed you fot medical treatment undoubtedly he feels a blame this accident. You can also claim a compensation. If they do not agree to pay, you can speak to a solicitor who can advise you about making a claim.
