I complain and suffer from back pain

I'm working as a  lorry driver in english company. Every day he load and unload freight commodity. recently I  suffer from back pain. In addition  at the same time i fell numbness a right foot. Last month when i was unload a lorry -a pain immobilized me.i was picked up by ambulance at the hospital; There I've madea electromagnetic resonancemake.The prognosis  my health  and spine aren't consoling and positiv ;sick-leave 100% . The pain didn't come into being directly during a do a job. Can I get compensation for that?
