bookshelves fell off onto me

Hello, last weekend during a shooping I went to bookshop in my town and happend unfortunately an accident.  A bookshelves was loose and somebody unintentionally nudged it on the other side of the shelves and books felt off the shelves onto my head. The books inflict a wound on me and i've a cut on my head. I  raport it to the shop owner.  The worker of the bookshop saw all and he called a medical emergency and I went to hospital.  there were other clients, they  what had happend. I have witnesess - my friend.
I get compensation and who big it may be?

When you was injureds  an accident in the public place you can claim compensation.It is very important that you speak to the shop owner.Yor compensation will paid by the insurance of the person or shop at fault.. Witness's can help but as they are friends they do think they can be lying to help you.The solicitors will tell you whether or not they believe your case is strong enough to take on.
