Wherever possible advisors will see clients at home. Sometimes it is not practicable to make a personal visit, but in many cases a home visit will not be necessary. The solicitors can advise by telephone.  So don't worry,  you should report to solicitors. They will explain to you how this works, how can you contend a compensation. The solicitors will tell you if they think you are likely to win the case in court. If they do not think you should take your case to court they will say so if your case have to go court. Cases only go to court if liability for the accident is not agreed or if the amount of compensation cannot be agreed. You will be told if it is likely that you will have to go to court. The solicitors will want to be confident that the case will be successful before going to court.

That is true. The solicitors will advise by the phone and no need to meet them and they will explain everything clearly. And other thing you would have a chance for the reimbursement  to your surgeries. Hope u will get that.

Did you bother to read the date of the original post?

Post was January 2009, and OP states that the accident happened 2 years earlier in 2007.  Unless you have changed the statute of liability, it became time barred 18 months ago at least unless proceedings have been issued
