due compansation for a passanger

Hello,
I was last month injured in a car crash. The accidnet was in a motorway.i was a passanger and my boss was the driver. We  were  away on business  and came cback at night. The boss feel asleep and lost control. There was near a intersection with lights  We change a lane and hit in another car standing in front of us. We traveled at high breakneck speed above100 kph. shall be entitled to seek supplementary compensation
I sustained spacious  injuries, bodily and internal injuries. I am in hospital nowadays. I had already 2 operations and I'm waiting for rehabilitation. I worry, lost my job if i will be  claim compensation.Can I get compensation for this? Who I should charge? How long does it take and how much it cost? Realy need some help and advice.
