I was medically discharged from the british army for what they thought was me having achilles tenodinitis problems caused by military service ( they have admitted this). Once they discharged me i put a claim in with the mod i have been awarded £2,888 . The only thing is i have recently been to the hospital to see a head suregon and he said my achilles are fine my problem is that my feet are slightly flat footed. Should I take the £2,888 and run or would i get more for the army failing to pick up on the fact of me having flat feet on my pre joining up medical and also unfairfully dismissing me for something that didnt even exist. Thank you for your reply
I should also add i had to carry a duty out on a miltary excercise as i was forgotten about and was made to walk/run when i had a valid sick note excusing me from any quick walking/running
