Loss of earnings after terible accident on highway

hello guyes,
i had accident last year on highway to London. SOme other car push me from back. My car was totaly crushed. Speed was about 130 miles!
I lose my leg and that's why I couldn'tgo back to work. I had very long rehabilitation which finished last week. Everythings fine now, but I loose leg! and thousands of pounds of earnings!
I didn't work for about 9 months! Can I get compensation for my loss of earnings?
What should I do?

Yes, you should get a compensation for above all loose legal and your loss of earnings.
You need to instruct a solicitor to make your claim for you. They should get a
medical report to show what injuries you suffered and to show that your injuries
stopped you from working. You will need to give your solicitor evidence of your
earnings, payslips etc, or your solicitor can write to your employer to get that
information. If you win your case the insurer of the party who caused the accident
will pay you your compensation.
