You will need a witness to try and prove that the floor was wet for a certain length of time. If you have a witness who saw the accident this will help. If  was just that, you can make a claim.  The market  should have insurance to cover its liabilities in such cases. If the floor was wet due to rain, that is harder to win. The solicitors will tell you whether or not they believe your case is strong enough to take on.
