slipp in conference room

I'm a waitress, i slipped on a floor in conference room and hit my head the floor. A surface of floor was dry. i don't know how did the accident come about?  I am still in a lot of pain with my head and doing medical treatment. i took an  X-ray of the head, a diagnosis -a bruise in a right cerebral lob. I've problem with impaired balance.Shoul I claim? There were five witness to the accident. This happened in Ireland, so do you know any irish solicitors?
