driver without job for seven month

Hi, i had seriously car accidnet in work. I'm driver . The accidnet happend over a half year. I hit on motorcycle, braked hard as a result i was struck  by another car (I, motocyclist- culpri and a lorry drivet were injured). It wasn't my fault. This event had a lot of after-effects for me.  I had a concussion, have problem with spinal. I'm unable to work for  seven months. i don't know when it'll be possible a return to work. Therefore I 've question with reference to  loss of earnings.  How can I get a compenastion for loss of earnings? Who should paid this compensation? Familiar solicitor said is possible to get this kind of compensation.
Thanks in advance.

You need to instruct a solicitor to make your claim for you. They should get a
medical report to show what injuries you suffered and to show that your injuries
stopped you from working. You will need to give your solicitor evidence of your
earnings, payslips etc, or your solicitor can write to your employer to get that
information. If you win your case the insurer of the party who caused the accident
will pay you your compensation.

I don't think our usage of the term  public maodin' depends on an  emerging' notion   rather the IP-expert solicitor seems to be using the term in a rather special (and unusual) way. For example check out the  who write:2. What happens when copyright expires? When the term of copyright protection has expired, the work falls into the public maodin. This means that the work, has effectively become public property and may be used freely.

I think you need a solicitor who can make your claim . He should make a medical report to show what injuries you suffered during accident and the main thing to appoint solicitor is to show that you got injuries while stopping and you are enable to work.
