terrible accident on motorway

Exceeding once year ago i had a car accident in England. On a motorway I was struck in the back on the car by another car. As a result i hit the two cars  in front of me. The most suffer damage my car and car's party responsible for damage. From this event, I've problems with my back, suffer from back pain. I saw a doctor in Poland, made X-ray examination and he claimed, i've alterations of loins the result from the accident. After the event I've stopped to work and reported  a personal injury claim to insurer of culprit. The issue drag on for year. Lately I?ve taken an X-ray in a private clinic in UK because the  insurance company so required. Probably, the x-rays from Poland weren?t satisfactorily reliable. I learnt, the insurance company of culprit didn?t  receive information regard to my health (luck results)
Didn?t  have somebody the same case? How does the situations seem in UK?
I'll be gratefull for help.

I think that if You suffer any kind of injuries, You can try to get compensation from insurer. You need to contact claim management company of solicitors office. They will help You for free, because here in England they can't charge You for legal service, so You will get 100% of compensation.

Hi Mate

I run my own accident management company and have to let you know that medical evidence is vital in all cases as thats what determines your injuries to which then gets evaluated from the insurance companies who then submit an offer of settlement.

You need to be checked by a uk specialist doctor as its easier for the solicitors to obtain reports, it would be very difficult for a uk solicitor to obtain your medical evidence from poland as firsty under the data protection act they wont release the report or the language barrier is not too great, but what ever the case you need to undertake a uk examination.

Hope this helps!

Let me know if you have started the case as il be more than happy to take your case on and get you 100% of your compensation.

Thanks
