facial accident - skin cut

hi

I have had an accident last Friday occurring in wound approx. 1cm wide below left eye, I went to A&E where treatment was given. Records created with details of the incident. Next day accident recorded to Accident Book (a copy - piece of paper). I have a copy of it with sign of admin and date. I know that if I want to get record from the hospital I need to ask in writing.

I don't have a contract (emp. time <3months) so I have reason to think that they will let me go if I sue them. Company does not issue employees: safety shoes, glasses, H&S induction etc..

I have checked for a NO win NO fee agencies.

Can you advice me where #o should go if I live in Birmingham. Website much appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your accident. your employers must provide you with the necessary tools, machinery and safety wear to carry out your job and they must maintain it in a safe condition as well.
