accident in Birmingham - with polish car. Comnpensation for injuries.

I had accident yesterday with my car. Polish driver is guilty. He was responsible for this accident. I had major head injury and whiplash type injuries. I was in hospital for 10 days and still Im on sick pay till end of this months. Afert this I will start rehabilitation.
Do You think I can get compensation for ma injuries?

If the driver of the car was negligent you can make a claim against his
insurance. You need to speak to a solicitor who can advise you about making a claim.
