I work in UK few yers. Last summer I found new Job. I'm a waitress in the small restaurant in London. I like my boss and I like my Job. But few days ago I had an accident, other girl wasch the dishes and she stay broken glas in sink. Ich look for the clean dishes and I riped up my hand. I can't work 5 weeks, wound look terrible. I haven't idea what can I do now? Should I claim compensation? I don't wonnt make problems to my boss. I like my job and I'm afraid that I cant lose it? What should I do in this sytuation? plese help me!

Your employer should have insurance to cover accidents at work. He or she should have no problem with you making a claim for your injury, because their insurance company will pay the conpensation.
