2 years ago I had seriously car accident. Heavy vehicle driver pull me away on the high way.
I fall the road and somersault with my car few times.
I had broken legs and heavy injured of spine. My rehabilitation took 1 and a half year, I'm still unable to walk without help.
I already get compenasation for it but insurance company don't want to pay loss of earnings. I earned quite a lot, after accident I got nothing. I even loss my job.
Can I get compensation for that? My solicitor said is impossible to get this kind of compensation. why?
If you think your solicitor is not handling your case well i would seek another solicitor. You should not of loss your job through this injury instead you should of been given the time of to recover and then come back when your ready.
